Dan and Ann Ahern

Our farm is a 135 acre organic farm situated outside the thriving East Cork town of Midleton. We are involved in rearing beef, chickens and growing grain. We also have a stall at the Farmer's Market in Midleton every Saturday morning where there is a huge interest in organic produce.
Our chickens are a slow growing French breed. They are grass fed and free range, which gives them a unique flavour. Our beef comes from our young grass fed animals, which are killed locally, and matured for three weeks, giving them their special tender flavour.
