What you’ll find on my stall depends on the season…and my mood. I make about half of the items myself – fresh pasta, pesto, sauces, pates, relishes, chutneys, soups, and puddings as well as main courses (such as pies and curries) you can re-heat at home. All my ingredients are fresh and wherever possible organic. I source the rest from small, local producers mostly near where I live in West Cork – salamis, sausages, cakes, breads, pastries, free range eggs, cheesecakes – whatever tastes good.
